The Deep End is a bar, restaurant, and event space. They hosts various arts and entertainment shows on the Ridgewood/Bushwick border. Come check out the place to eat great food, meet new people, laugh, and dance all night. They host all kinds of events including comedy, reggae, live music, drag queen shows, and burlesque.
The owners, Jorge and Jon, had their grand opening in January. This was right after their successful Kickstarter campaign. Their passion has always been to create memories through food, music, and dance. They have been working toward this dream since they met 10 years ago. You may recognize them from their food truck: The Munchie Mobile or from one of their amazing events.
They wanted to create a place to preserve a culture in a city that is increasingly dominated by luxury high rises and large corporations. The indoor murals were painted by their talented and local friends. Their space is next to the Rockwall Studios with over 100 art and recording studios, the restaurant Houdinis, 1080 Brew, and Poppers Locarno. They are very excited to be a part of the community. Also, they are LGBTQ friendly! 🌈
